We use personal information for the following purposes:
When you submit a form on this website, the information is transmitted over an encrypted connection to a function hosted on Amazon Web Services and is sent to us by e-mail using Amazon Simple Email Service. We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, and to meet our legal obligations.

Where our forms ask you to confirm that you are happy to receive marketing communications, that consent is recorded with your enquiry.
You can withdraw consent at any time by e-mailing info@singuladecisions.com or by using the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing e-mail you receive from us. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
If you apply for a role with us or send a speculative CV, we process the information you give us — your contact details, employment and education history, and anything else you choose to include — to consider you for the role and, where relevant, for future openings.
Applications reach us by e-mail at info@singuladecisions.com. We do not use a third-party applicant tracking system, and we do not pass your application to anyone outside Singula Decisions.
Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interests in recruiting for open roles.
We keep unsuccessful applications for 12 months and then delete them, unless you ask us to keep your details on file. All the rights set out below apply to your application, and you can contact our Data Protection Officer about it at dpo@singuladecisions.com.
